Cancellation Policy

Please provide Critter Care 24-hours advanced cancellation notice to avoid being charged a service fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee. Critter Care is available by phone from 7am to 8pm daily. Should the client call during ‘off-hours’ or while services are being provided to other clients in the field, your message will be recorded and responded to as soon as possible or at 7am the following day.

New Client Interview

Requests for service are only accepted upon completion of an ‘in-person’ New Client Interview. The New Client Interview is designed to enable us to meet you and your pets personally, gather all necessary information, and to understand any special requests or requirements you may have. A normal interview takes between 20-30 minutes.

Emergency Medical Care

Should your pet require emergency medical attention, Critter Care will take them to the veterinarian of your choice, a local veterinarian, or after-hours clinic for immediate attention. During the initial New Client Interview, Critter Care will request that the client sign a Veterinarian Waiver form granting permission and accepting full responsibility for all fees incurred. Charges will also be incurred for time spent while accompanying the pet during this medical emergency or service.

Service Availability

To assist the client in planning their pet care requirements, Critter Care will notify all clients of any dates service will not be available a minimum of 2 weeks prior that start date. Should service be required during this time, Critter Care will assist the client in securing an alternate pet care provider. An ‘in-person’ interview will be required to enable Critter Care to personally introduce the alternate pet care provider to the client and their pets.


All keys, security access, lock combinations, etc. provided will be maintained, inventoried, and coded in such a manner that they will not be associated with the client's address. When not in use, this information will be stored in a secured, locked location. Should the client choose not to provide a key to Critter Care to maintain in their inventory, a fee of $7.00 will be added to the service fees for ‘key pick-up’ & ‘key drop-off’ after the completion of service.


All scheduled services require payment in full prior to service. Only cash or checks made payable to ‘Rich Anderson’ are accepted.

Web Privacy

Critter Care is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer, and we are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that we have not mentioned in this statement.

Third Parties Critter Care may provide third parties with aggregate statistics about our customers, traffic patterns, and related site information. This data reflects site usage patterns gathered during customer visits to our Web site each month but does not contain behavioral or identifying information about any individual member, unless that member has given us permission to share that information. We may also provide log files and other databases of user information to third parties for analysis, so we can get a better understanding of traffic through our site and thus improve our content offerings. Critter Care also may use third party companies to provide delivery of e-mail newsletters and other messages over e-mail.

Security We use reasonable precautions to keep the personal information you disclose in your browsing safe and only release this information to third parties we believe share our commitment to privacy. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for the actions of these parties.

Obtaining Your Consent By using our Web site, you give Critter Care permission to collect information about the pages served to you as an anonymous user for the purpose of calculating aggregate site statistics.
